Brian Lewis, Program Advisor

Brian Lewis serves the Leadership Program of the Rockies as the Class Mentor and the representative for MWH, one of the program’s founding corporate sponsors. He was a participant just like you and graduated with the class of 2004. He went through the program to strengthen his ability to communicate a message consistent with our founding fathers, develop strong relationships of like-minded individuals, and further his ability to promote freedom and liberty.

He now serves on the LPR Advisory Board and chairs the LPR President’s Circle. Brian believes in being active in the community where he lives. He serves as a Troop Committee Member for the Boy Scouts of America, is on the Leadership Council for the National Federation of Independent Businesses, co-chairs the Financial Literacy Task Force for the Colorado Society of CPAs, and serves as the Treasurer for the Westminster 7:10 Rotary Club Foundation.

Mr. Lewis is the President of Business Exit Strategies and assists business owners in preparing their business for sale and resulting merger, acquisition, divestiture, and other related corporate transactions. In addition, he acts as a private investor utilizing his operational and investment experience to finance, grow and help a portfolio company execute their vision. Together with his advisory background and investment experience, Brian brings to bear a unique blend of business and relational skills to support the objectives of the clients he serves.

Mr. Lewis earned his B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Regis University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Mergers & Acquisition Advisor, Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Financial Manager.

Brian is the great-grandson of American Revolutionaries and Western Pioneers. He grew up in Alaska and has spent the last 14 years here in Colorado together with his wife, Alena, and two sons Austin (16) and Addison (11). He enjoys the outdoors, is a blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do, and loves to relax with his family on the weekends.

You will find Brian to be very helpful whether it is at the monthly sessions, session after-hours, annual retreat, and special events throughout the year. Please rely on him as needed when you have questions, concerns, or just need someone friendly to talk with.
